Welcome to the Takoma Attachment Parenting website.

Takoma Attachment Parenting (TAP) is a group for families who follow gentle, non-violent parenting that respects the physical and emotional needs of the entire family. 

We are located in Takoma Park, MD.  However, our community includes families from Takoma DC, Silver Spring, College Park, Riverdale, Hyattsville, and other parts of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

We have monthly meetings as well as listserves, libraries, and activities. Children are always welcome.
